Thursday, February 18th, 2010Italy, Germany, Serbia and Denmark achieved the qualification for the Football World Cup 2010 in South Africa this Saturday in the penultimate round of European qualifying.
The Italian was classified as a visitor to a 2-2 draw with Ireland at Croke Park, with goals from Glenn Whelan and Sean St Ledger to Ireland, Mauro Camoranesi and Alberto Gilardino for selection Azzurri. (more...)
Switzerland at a pace of South Africa 2010
Thursday, February 18th, 2010The selection of Switzerland fell just short of qualifying for South Africa World Cup 2010, beating Luxembourg 3-0.
With that victory, Switzerland remained atop Group 2 with 20 units followed by Greece with 17 points.
Spain perfect in qualifying
